Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern

  • Assist the Executive in weekly rosters
  • Monitoring Vacation leave and sick leave for the Kitchen team members
  • Following any issues with regards of HACCP responsibilities
  • Monitor HACCP responsibilities
  • Write menus
  • Any other day to day tasks

Skills and qualifications required

  • Be a good communicator
  • Be proactive and independent
  • Good English level
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be very organized
