Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern
- Provide back up to a team of 3 international sales territory managers aiming to gain a broad experience of business sales within an international trading environment (BtoB)
- Direct customer relations
- Manage the export of the products (contracts, INCOTERMS)
- Customer service and assistance
- Co-ordination of the sales administration across markets relaying relevant information to the territory managers and working closely with other departments such as purchasing, accounts, marketing
- Daily support to the international sales team (export documentation, orders follow up, shipping advice, supply of relevant promotional and technical data)
- Management of incoming orders
- Follow up of newsletters, marketing activities or new product launch
- Manage customer file records
Skills and qualifications required
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Native French would be prefered for this position
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
