Duties and responsibilities
- Working with a team with an aim of increasing the number of active business service providers from all over the world
- Day-to-day interaction with new members approved to be part of the business expert community
- Creating blogs/guest blogs, articles and showcase pieces
- Project-specific targeted outreach to increase the number of Experts taking part in specific activities
- Scheduling and monitoring Community activity on social media platforms
- Assist to weekly meetings with the team to brainstorm
Skills and qualifications required
- Intermediate level of English
- Background in marketing, marketing or community management
- Passion for content creation (blogs & tutorials, social media management)
- Able to use analytics to recognise trends developing in human behaviour and online performance
- Enthusiastic and outgoing
- Ability to build relationships with customers
