The company is a leader English School; they have several schools located in different destinations (UK, USA, etc.). They provide English courses but they also assist their students all along their stay (accommodation, activities etc.)

Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern

  • Welcome new students attending the school
  • Assist students and answer inquiries, help students find their way into the school
  • Answer phone calls
  • Take booking and handle payments
  • Sell products and activities
  • Promote activities of the school
  • Put student’s data into database
  • Generate documents for students

Skills and qualifications required

  • Student at university or business school
  • Good level of English
  • Positive attitude (can do mindset)
  • Sociable and friendly
  • Organized
  • Some IT knowledge (pack office)
  • Have a team spirit
  • Punctuality
  • Arabic, Korean, Turkish Japanese or Chinese would be an important asset
