Responsibilities and Duties of the intern
- Finding CVs from a variety of sources, including job websites
- Researching and analysing websites for value of posting ads with them
- Helping recruiters with day to day tasks
- Creating and Posting ads for vacancies the different communication channels
- Evaluation and assessment of the candidates
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Creating and distributing mass emails
- Contacting and following up with the candidates
Skills and qualifications required
- Studying for/in possession of a degree in HR, business, marketing, communication or similar
- Good level of English (B2) and other European Language
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, knowledge of Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator would be a plus, but NOT a necessity
- Organized and effective manager of time
- Positive attitude towards work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
