Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern
- Assist the Executive in weekly rosters
- Monitoring Vacation leave and sick leave for the Kitchen team members
- Following any issues with regards of HACCP responsibilities
- Monitor HACCP responsibilities
- Write menus
- Any other day to day tasks

- Be a good communicator
- Be proactive and independent
- Good English level
- Be able to multitask
- Be very organized
