Tasks and responsibilities
Your work will take place at the Head office of operation. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing managers for understanding and building customer relationships.- Manage and update CRM software system
- Create data base on needs and relevant from projects
- Manage prospecting by phone and email to introduce the brand
- Build and follow customer relationships
- Create, qualify and analyse the data-base, benchmarking
- Rewrite and create newsletters, content for the website
- Create template for presenting to clients group
- Create content for all social media, marketing campaigns
Skills and qualifications required
- Good level of English for daily communication written/spoken
- Proficient level in another language should be more than considered • Good skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be quality/details-oriented and capability multi-tasking between projects
- Being curious, autonomous and sensitive for e-commerce and fashion world
- Being enrolled at a marketing, communication or any degree related to business University or School (having an internship agreement)
