The company imports and distributes, around Europe, medical protective equipments. Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern

  • Provide back up to a team of 3 international sales territory managers aiming to gain a broad experience of business sales within an international trading environment (BtoB)
  • Direct customer relations
  • Manage the export of the products (contracts, INCOTERMS)
  • Customer service and assistance
  • Co-ordination of the sales administration across markets relaying relevant information to the territory managers and working closely with other departments such as purchasing, accounts, marketing
  • Daily support to the international sales team (export documentation, orders follow up, shipping advice, supply of relevant promotional and technical data)
  • Management of incoming orders
  • Follow up of newsletters, marketing activities or new product launch
  • Manage customer file records

Skills and qualifications required

  • Good level  of English (written and spoken)
  • Native French would be prefered for this position
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
Allowance : 460 £ per month
