Responsibilities and duties
According to your abilities and your level of autonomy, you will be assisting with some or all of the following duties:- Creation of event offers in cooperation with the Sales Manager
- Accommodation, venue and catering management
- Transport and travel organization
- Creation/ coordination of social media campaigns for confirmed conferences
- Professionals’ online registration
- Creation of programmes and flyers
- Updating of conferences websites and databases
- Delegate Services: issuing invoices, correspondence, visa letters
- Represent the company during the event or the operation (onsite management)
- Financial and credit control over conferences
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time by your manager or other senior managers.
Skills and responsibilities required
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer’s basics
- Organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Team player
- Internship Agreement mandatory
