Description of the company
The company is a human resources training and consulting company. They provide training solutions and digital equipment to their customers. The company works in a B2B environment and adapts to all business sectors. Tasks and responsibilities: You will work closely with Marketing managers for inputting data and purchasing office supplies. You will support the team on every general office duties. The intern will have a very active role in the company and all suggestions coming from the intern will be welcomed and discuss.
Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern
- Compiling, updating and processing of work permits daily
- Printing of training handouts
- Compilation of training handouts from PowerPoint presentations
- Preparation of files for Training programmes
- Administrative and general office duties
- Setting and clearing up of room for training sessions
- Work on administrative duties when required
Skills and qualifications required
- Intermediate level of English for daily communication written/spoken (B1-B2)
- Good skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and computer
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be quality/details-oriented and capability multi-tasking
- Outgoing, positive personality
- Good presentation skills
- Having an internship agreement
