Missions and tasks of the intern:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Answer and find solutions to customers’ requests and enquiries
  • Assist the manager by providing a good customer service to hosts
  • Deal with escalations when necessary
  • Help the manager with the properties portfolio
  • Suggest solutions and improvements regarding properties

Skills and qualifications required

  • Good level of English (written and oral)
  • Experience or degree in customer service, management, tourism or any relevant field
  • Dynamic and strong leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and very good presentation
  • Good people-management skills
  • Be customer focused to offer the best customer service
  • Good London knowledge
